Customer reviews of Chapellerie Traclet

Always a lot of choices on this site. I quickly found and ordered what I was looking for, at a reasonable price

Very good service

Good products, quick delivery, means somewhere good team. That's sound rather good.

Could be improved with the 'filter' part. Possibility to add additional points to go as quickly as possible to our search.

Many items. Beautiful photos...
Selection or sorting criteria a bit limited.

Difficult to navigate the site, as it lacks sorting options (everything at once for example.)
Order from Friday received on Monday, impeccable packaging and item compliant with the description. Good purchase

I still haven't received my hat.
It's been 3 months since I ordered a bowler hat.
After sending emails, I have remained without a response from you.
I do not recommend anyone to order a hat from Traclet.
.....

The site is well made. The hat I received is of good quality. Only downside: I ordered a size 56/57 and received a size 57, so a bit too big. A detail, however.

Happy with the beanie

Good but a very long delay

Nothing to report
Order and delivery top-notch

PayPal made 2 payments but I would like to know how I will recover the remaining 2 payments following the purchase of a single order!!

Satisfied with my order despite the delivery issue

The search system does not satisfy me. The yellow hat I ordered cannot be found among the yellow hats. Also, there is no possibility to save for later what I found while searching.

The hat is perfect
I just would have liked the delivery to be so too

Navigation is a bit laborious when you don't know the vocabulary of hat making but you find very quickly.
Too bad there are many unavailability (on the items I was targeting)

I recommend this supplier.

Too dark, does not match the indicated color

False description on the site. Hat that was supposed to have a lining inside (hence my choice for this cap) but ultimately did not have one... no gesture from the manager in the face of their mistake... (and an email with lots of spelling mistakes!).

Good

Hello, satisfied with the order and the product ordered. However, the delivery time is a bit long.

Sewn logo slightly crooked

In line with my expectations.

Nothing particular to say. I was looking for a hat maker online and came across this site, pleasant to visit and the delivery is fast

very explicit photo corresponding to my search

Very poor satisfaction level

quick and easy purchase, delivered in Italy in 5-6 days

I am very disappointed with the trilby model I just received. It fits poorly, is not provided with reducers, and is way too high. I did not order a top hat! I do not recommend this model from this supplier.

A practical site, pleasant navigation

but yes, your site is good

perfect, delivered very quickly, the item meets my expectations

No problem

I have not received my order, it's outrageous!

I received a cap that is clearly not the right size despite choosing the correct dimension. Indeed, this is already the 3rd time I buy the same product in a few years (this cap, due to its material and color, does not tolerate UV well, I was warned in the store where I went at the time of the first purchase but they did not have it in stock last time and did not know when it would be restocked). The store I used to go to clearly advised me to try online. And this is the only site where I found the same model for a higher price not to mention shipping costs and finally, the size (55cm) is no longer indicated inside as I was used to but an S for small. Unusable product because it measures at least 56cm (yes, I have a small head).
I am extremely disappointed to have been left 7 weeks without headwear rather than 3 or 4 as stated on the page and moreover, to receive a product that does not fit.
Best regards.

Good quality and good prices.

Good site, good products, fast delivery but many sizes and references are missing. The 'notify me when the product is available' function has never worked for me: I have never been informed of anything.
