Everything was almost perfect.
The only small complaint: it was only after placing the order that I was informed that the hat was on backorder, without any indication of when it would be available. However, it was a summer hat, and nothing indicated when it would be available! I called your services and was very kindly reassured! The hat was finally delivered and it is great!!! So we are very happy!

The delivery time of 3/4 weeks was indeed well noted when choosing the size. This manufacturing delay is also indicated in the order summary and a third time, an email is sent to indicate this delay.
We understand that for many 3/4 weeks may seem long but unfortunately Laulhere, which is the last manufacturer of berets for the army, currently requires a delay of 3/4 weeks that we cannot reduce as they have no stock.
