The site is very well done, however when you order you are given a delivery time of 3 weeks and I waited 1 month and a half to be delivered (after having called and complained, coincidentally the same day my order was shipped!).

Hello
Please excuse us for this delay, currently Tilley has delays in its production of Tilley wanderer. We had arrivals the week of your call; that is why it was shipped the day of your order.
We hope that the Tilley hat will satisfy you.

The product corresponds well to my order, the quality of the clip that tightens the chin strap is difficult to handle, its quality is therefore average.

I expected to receive my hat in a box to keep it in good condition, but I simply received it in a packaging box, so I have to find a way to store it while keeping its shape... I am very disappointed..:(

Hello,
The Flechet brand does not offer a hat box for its models.
However, we offer hat boxes for storage.
The cartons are necessary for transport so that you can receive them in good condition and in good shape, which is the most important.
Then if you want a hat box for storage, we have them but it is a different service. Remaining at your disposal

Hello
Please excuse us for the delay.
However, this model is one size fits all as it has an adjustable back.
What sizing issues did you encounter?
We have been selling it for several years but we have not had any sizing issues until today
Remaining at your disposal to improve the miki.

very nice hat, sturdy and well protecting from the sun and cold. Nevertheless, it's a pity that the lining at the bottom is not also made of hemp.

The site is very good, the products are well presented, the delivery and the presentation of the package are perfect, the shipping date is respected.
The hat is beautiful, except that it is a pity that the braid around the crown is not wider (it is too discreet) and that there is no lace that goes around the crown and falls back at the back in a crossed mode.
Best regards

Good service and good responsiveness to questions sent by email. One point to improve: it was not indicated at the time of payment that the hat was out of stock, but the delay (3 weeks) was acceptable

Long delays, items in stock on order and out of stock after purchase, hence the one-month wait for delivery?
