Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
Product received and well followed. But packaging much too simple, cardboard damaged and dented everywhere. And the disappointment came upon opening. Many poorly made details (visor edge poorly cut, headband with non-sewn threads, inside of the hat different from what is indicated on the site). For a hat at 195 euros, we end up with a hat worth 45 or 60 euros. After the material and the overall product is compliant.

I did not receive what I ordered. The black cap with a red Soviet star that I bought arrived without the star. Too bad because that was the reason I bought it

Yes, the delivery was fine but I would have liked to have a return paper, the cap didn't fit because it is too big, what a pity.

Varied site with good products even if I find the range less extensive than a direct competitor. However, when we call them during opening hours, they never answer even though it's a small shop.

Before, we could immediately see the unavailable items without entering the product sheet, now we can't, it's a pity, a waste of time for us. Otherwise, the site is very pleasant and intuitive.

I am disappointed because I paid for a gift package. In the box, the packaging is all deformed and the gift package is poorly done... I have to make another one. 3 euros for that is limited.

Poorly packaged
The box is too small for the delivered hat.
A hard box would be more appreciated. Quite disappointed given the price of the hat
