Very bad. I ordered 2 hats, 1 was shipped, I am still waiting for the second. Date of your order: 14/07/2020 Details of your order: Hat Trilby Dark Blue Linen - Stetson - Size: M - 56/57 cm. Impossible to reach customer service by phone, the subscriber is absent. Receiving a summer hat in September or even October, no use. I am still waiting for someone to cancel my order and refund my purchase.

You indicate three months when the delivery was made in 4 weeks knowing that the delay is longer with the manufacturing time of the model as well as customs. The order was placed on July 16. We are on August 13. That makes 4 weeks or at most one month.
