This hat that I have to give for Christmas seems quite ordinary for the price. Moreover, I fear it will be too small even when opened to the maximum.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, this model of docker hat is made from a high-quality fabric compared to the other model we offer. Furthermore, these hats are not worn down like a classic beanie. If, however, this does not suit you; it can be exchanged within 100 days. Best regards, Traclet.

Good site, good choice, good quality. High shipping costs. Would be cheaper by post for Belgium or delivery to a pickup point.

Hello, we apologize for this slightly long manufacturing delay. We had only one in stock out of the two ordered, and the manufacturing took a bit of time. We hope that the caps will give you complete satisfaction. Best regards, Traclet.

Very disappointed with the vulgar cardboard containing a hat at 100 euros.. hat delivered without gift box while it is for a Christmas gift.. I find that unacceptable on my part.. it looks like a second-hand item!!

Hello
This Brixton hat worth 90 euros does not come with a hat box but we offer them starting from 8 euros up to more than 1800 euros depending on your choice.
Furthermore, we offer a gift wrapping service for 2 euros.
This should be compared to the 90 euros of the hat with the shipping costs in colissimo offered by Chapellerie Traclet worth 6 euros.
The cardboard is made in Roanne in the Loire to ensure quality transport and avoid transport mishaps.
Finally, this hat has the brand labels wrapped in tissue paper as houses like Borsalino, Stetson, Flechet do.
Remaining at your disposal to better respond to your message.
Best regards
