Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
nothing to say, everything went well. one remark: for Stetson, the site indicates that it sizes one size up, which I did not notice. I first ordered a size 56, which I returned because it was too small, to request an exchange for a size 57, which fits me perfectly and is my usual size.

For delivery, no problem. The quality of the product, however, seems very strange. It looks like synthetic leather.

I think the information about the fabric used and how it is treated is insufficient or not highlighted. I probably wouldn't have bought it if I had known that the product was mostly polyester.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, we have taken your remark into account and we thank you for taking the time to respond to our request for feedback. However, the information about the fabric is well noted on the product sheet like all the products we sell. In two places, one in the long description and also in the information table about dimensions, the quality of the fabric. Please let us know where you would have liked to see it because we put this information on all our products in two places and until today, this remark has not been communicated to us, especially since this product was developed for a customer based on a fabric we proposed among many others. Finally, it should be noted that this product is a cap made from an old model of Norman cap. Best regards, Traclet.

The site's search engine does not allow for sufficient sorting given the number of available references and thus the number of results; customer service is responsive; shipments are fast.

I received a pair of traditional wooden clogs, one of which had been re-glued. It is scandalous that your order services can pass off glued items!!! Of course, I expect to be sent a replacement pair. THANK YOU

Sorry to say this, but the caps have nothing to do with the photos on your site. I feel like I have very wide plates on my head. It's a real shame.
Translated reviews
Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, this impression of a plate is normal because the caps are about 28 cm. It is even more noticeable on the summer cap because it is worn and this one is wide and exceeds the face of the person wearing it. If this shape does not suit you, we have many others. Notably, the Brooklyn shape which is more tapered and less wide, the duckbill cap, as well as the traditional flat cap. We invite you to look for a shape that is more suited to your tastes. Best regards, Traclet.
