The item does not match the description, it was supposed to be fully lined with 100% acrylic fleece which is not the case.
Unfortunately, having worn it because I did not see the problem right away, I can no longer return it.
Moreover, I informed the service that handles complaints who responded immediately the first time but then played ostrich for more than a week afterwards.
If I had not followed up again to get a response, I think that at this point I would still not have an answer.
This is the second time I order from you with 2 major problems each time.
Please do not send me notifications anymore as I will now order from another site.

If this does not suit you, that is possible but you cannot say it is a bad product because this model has been made for over 50 years and if it were a bad product we would have received negative feedback.
