This product seems very correct, but I was very disappointed by the communication from this supplier who writes three times Excellent American brand STETSON and you have to look further on the technical sheet to discover that this product is MADE IN CHINA !!!!

This Stetson Hatteras cap in canvas is much less roomy than the brown aged pigskin Hatteras model from the same brand.
It's a shame that the description only specifies the head circumference.
I am disappointed.

The product at the head level could be a bit deeper. I often wear my hair in a bun and I've noticed that it reveals the nape of my neck with my hair, which is not practical. It's still a good product. It would be perfect if we had neither hair nor hairstyle to hide.
As for the scarf, it is not long enough. Just one wrap and the pom-poms come right in front, leaving a slight choking sensation.

Hello
The cap is indeed available in the next size down, either M or S.
For the packaging, when sending, we do our best to send quality cartons made in Roanne. Did the package suffer any openings or have a product on it?

They do not meet their delivery deadlines...

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Please excuse us for the delay, normally it is 3-5 weeks and we have gone to 7 weeks due to manufacturing delays.
During manufacturing, we are necessarily dependent on the workshop that produces it.
We hope, however, that the hat will satisfy you and that the quality is up to par.
This being still important?

Hello
Thank you for the comment, but it would have been better to indicate it on the product because the comment is subjective.
Indeed, as previously indicated; the leather beret at 49 euros is not the same as the model at 85 and the one at 250 euros.
Then, it also depends on the expectations you have of the product because since we have been selling them, this is the first negative feedback.
Moreover, as indicated, if this model does not suit, it can be changed.
Best regards
