Great experience with customer service! A hat I received was too small for me and I managed to get an exchange with another hat I had seen just after asking for a refund and not an exchange/have. In addition to the responsiveness of the service, I received cork bands, which they had advised me. Top!

This is the second time I am giving my opinion on this purchase! NO, I AM NOT SATISFIED! I received a hat in the size I ordered, like the three previous ones that fit me perfectly, but this one is TOO BIG! It falls on my nose! TRACLET's response was "return it and order another size." BUT MY SIZE IS ALWAYS THE SAME! So I will return the hat at my expense and request a refund, and then Bye Bye Traclet! FINISHED! Never ordering again!
