It is of excellent quality. A dermatologist friend told me that compared to sunscreen with SPF 50, called total screen, a 'classic' hat corresponds to an SPF of 1000! Let's remember that this one is also Anti. UV!

A very well-designed site, where it is easy to navigate in search of the hat suited to the circumstances and climates. The plus: usage and maintenance tips

I ordered this cap for my niece (with Down syndrome) whose own was starting to wear out but she was very (maybe too) attached to it. Forgotten at my place during her last visit, I sent it to her and seeing the state, I took the opportunity to order a new one while thinking I wouldn't find it anymore, but I did! Superb brand as well as the very responsive site with good follow-up.

Very nice quality of the Cowboy Jewel of the West hat (material and finishes). The price is a bit high, but it's worth it for an item that has good hold and should last over time. Great choice of sizes, which finally allows for a perfectly fitted hat (size 54)! Very fast delivery and well-packaged product. I recommend;

Hello
when purchasing outside the EU, the French VAT of 20% is exempt but you will have to pay import taxes for Switzerland. These fees are inherent to each country.
Otherwise, we can also deliver to France by remaining post or relay point so that you only pay VAT in France without shipping costs to Switzerland and import taxes.

Very nice chapka with a very good cut. Although one size fits all, it fits perfectly for small head sizes! Warm and soft interior. I recommend!

This is terrible, especially the beret which is very poorly sized, and I know what I'm talking about, I've been wearing them for 15 years

Hello
What is the sizing issue encountered with the Basque beret? Is it too big or too small?
You ordered other items in size XL, does that size suit you?
Remaining at your disposal to find a solution for the Basque beret that does not fit.

Hello, I am a bit disappointed with the packaging; if you could put a cardboard case to put the hat in, that would be great. It would provide more security for transport. Thank you.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
according to the invoice and the order confirmation we received, the order was for the following hat:
T1 Bucket Hat Natural - Tilley - Size: 56 cm
Reference number: THE ICON T1 NATURAL
85.00 €
Therefore, the error does not come from us as the invoice and the order confirmation that was sent to you by email within a minute of your order; it clearly indicates a size 56 CM.
It is of course possible to change the size if this is not the one you want.
