Two months to be delivered and no communication about this status until I wrote a message. No commercial gesture. Very unfortunate because the products are good.

After difficulties connecting to my account, the service was very responsive and quickly resolved the problem.
The wide-brimmed hat is beautiful. Unfortunately, the box is smaller than the hat. The edges are all curled up. The box from my previous purchase was larger and taller.

Very fast and careful shipping. The hat is of very good quality. A bit confused regarding the details on the site with the two other hats of the same brand and style. I eventually called the store directly for advice. Very nice, the person was clear and patient. I recommend the brand. Thank you
