Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. Everything is in order and on time. Thanks to the welcome and advice from my telephone contact, the magnificent Stetson received brought joy to a friend. Thank you and see you soon.

Clear and well-presented site. The models would benefit from being presented on mannequins for better visualization but it’s very good.

The contact with the company's sales representative was very pleasant and very informative. The product received this time, like the previous ones, was a quality product but used to Tilley, I underestimated my hat size despite a head circumference of 55.

Unfortunately, I cannot comment as the postman cheated by sending a message saying that the package had been delivered which is a lie since I received nothing in my mailbox. I fought with the post office with no results.
