Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
I am delighted with my Barigoules Provençal hat. Beautiful craftsmanship, good value for money, fast shipping – order placed on May 8; hat shipped on the 9th and received on the 12th – and very neat; in short, everything is perfect. I will not hesitate to place other orders at the Traclet hat shop: I have already spotted another Provençal hat (the Papini) and an Andalusian hat that catch my eye. Thank you very much and see you very soon!

Nothing to report, always satisfied with their professionalism and the products they offer. However, when you like an item, go for it because it goes very very fast. That's the downside of their qualities.

Navigating the site is easy, delivery is fast but I still have the same issue with ordering on my account on the site. I always have to call La Chapellerie directly! The phone reception is perfect.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Please excuse us for this manufacturing delay.
We had delays in obtaining the felt bell from our manufacturer and this pushed back production.
We hope the hat meets your satisfaction
Sincerely
