This was my 4th order and I am still very satisfied, even though I had to create a new customer account as the previous one, which I hadn't used for a long time, was inaccessible.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
For the Baia hat, if there is a size issue, it is certainly possible to exchange it as it also exists in size 61cm.
It is therefore possible to exchange it if it is too small in size 59cm.
Remaining at your disposal
Best regards
Traclet Sébastien

Package arrived damaged. I think it's not Traclet's fault but the post office's. Otherwise, the cap is great!
