Exactly what I expected. That said, the straw hat does not travel well on uneven ground. I mean that the crumpled papers placed in the box, underneath, around and above the straw hat ultimately warp the edge. Fortunately, by placing it for a while on a flat surface, it can be recovered and the edge can be made straight again.

I received a cap that is clearly not the right size despite choosing the correct dimension. Indeed, this is already the 3rd time I buy the same product in a few years (this cap, due to its material and color, does not tolerate UV well, I was warned in the store where I went at the time of the first purchase but they did not have it in stock last time and did not know when it would be restocked). The store I used to go to clearly advised me to try online. And this is the only site where I found the same model for a higher price not to mention shipping costs and finally, the size (55cm) is no longer indicated inside as I was used to but an S for small. Unusable product because it measures at least 56cm (yes, I have a small head).
I am extremely disappointed to have been left 7 weeks without headwear rather than 3 or 4 as stated on the page and moreover, to receive a product that does not fit.
Best regards.

Hello
Thank you for your message, for the size, inside a Crambes cap, now the size is indicated by the size S which is 54/55 cm as indicated in our size chart.
https://www.chapellerie-traclet.com/fr/content/6-mesurer-sa-taille-de-chapeau-casquette-tour-de-tete
For the delay, please excuse us but Crambes did their best with the summer holidays to deliver us as quickly as possible.
Finally, if this size is too large, it is certainly possible to change it.
Remaining at your disposal.
Best regards
