Your custom hats have won my heart. I can buy online and know that my hat will be the right size. Very large variety of models for men and women. I have a preference for natural straw.

I discovered this FRENCH site by chance, while looking for wool mittens.
I found my happiness, and will surely return for other items, as they are really of very good quality.
No issues with the delivery, everything went well, quickly with protective packaging.
I am very happy to have been able to participate, even at my small level, in promoting national trade.

Well-designed site. Fast delivery. One downside, the delivery price is prohibitive for an item weighing a few dozen grams.

I placed an order on December 2. As soon as I finished, I received a first questionnaire from you. Then, after almost 3 weeks of silence, I sent an email asking what was happening since I had received nothing. In response, I was told that the package had been sent while I had no information from the postal service. A week later, still having nothing, a new email with a delivery deadline. A package arrived on Monday, January 4, with only 2 items. I asked for explanations for these items and I am still waiting for a response.

Did not receive the correct item. Following the various emails sent to customer service, I am told that the fur can have a different color! I ask to be reimbursed for the shipping costs, no reaction. I return the hat, what about the return costs?
