Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
Everything went very well except that I followed the advice on the site to take a size up and the Borsalino is too big. I am returning it for a smaller size. Very good reception from the store for the return.

Pleasant site to browse, the descriptions are perfect. One can very easily form an opinion on the proposed models. Between the moment of the order and the delivery, only a few days passed. I highly recommend and will not hesitate to make another purchase.
