The indication of the manufacturing country for some products is sometimes incorrect, but they remain very good items.
Congratulations on the speed of shipping and the customer service is perfect!

Product received and well followed. But packaging much too simple, cardboard damaged and dented everywhere. And the disappointment came upon opening. Many poorly made details (visor edge poorly cut, headband with non-sewn threads, inside of the hat different from what is indicated on the site). For a hat at 195 euros, we end up with a hat worth 45 or 60 euros. After the material and the overall product is compliant.

Hello
thank you for sending us a photo of the received cardboard and a photo of the hat.
In case the cardboard is damaged, please refuse the package to avoid any issues with the post.
If it is not the right product, we will proceed with its exchange.
Best regards

I did not receive what I ordered. The black cap with a red Soviet star that I bought arrived without the star. Too bad because that was the reason I bought it

Super well-made site, full of useful filters (color, style, pictograms with the shape of the hat) but the real plus: customer support. I ordered too quickly, I made a mistake in size. I called right away, zero waiting and the person modified my order live.
I recommend and will certainly return.
