I ordered a personalized walking stick on Thursday, received it on Saturday (incredibly short delay, but note that this is during confinement, so it may be longer under normal circumstances). The engraving is well done, the stick is superb and arrived very well packaged (stick in a stabilized tube with paper, all in a rolled carton stabilized with paper and well sealed with tape). I made this purchase for a Christmas gift for a good walker, I am sure it will be very pleasing. Thank you!

House to recommend without reservation. Only downside: on the site the 'care' tab cannot be activated (error message).

I ordered on October 11, 2020, and to this day I still have not received anything. One item out of two is awaiting restocking. I have no news. There were two weeks before delivery and I had accepted the delay. This is my 3rd order and it is the first time the delay is so long and especially that the payment for my order was made on the same day.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
please excuse us for this delivery delay.
We should send the order this week as our embroidery company had to close for a week due to covid.
The order has therefore taken a week longer.
Please excuse us for this inconvenience.
Thank you for your understanding.
Sincerely
Traclet

I had the pleasure of having good service and the care of an express delivery. Unfortunately, the cap is slightly too big for me. Like most caps, you can add a band of cork inside to reduce the circumference. This is not the case with this model!!
I won't be able to wear it.
