Hello, I apologize, but the material is missing the famous adhesive much more practical than having to provide a tube of glue to attach the cork to the hat! So a purchase error for me. Best regards.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, the cork wedges are not glued. They are fixed between the grosgrain and the fabric of the headgear. Cork strip - head reducer To quickly and easily reduce the circumference of your hat. If your hat is a bit large, you can adjust it by inserting a cork strip under the inner band of your hat. To do this, simply place it between the inner grosgrain and the felt/fabric or straw (depending on the material of your hat). Best regards, Traclet

Catastrophic... long delivery, very very long to Rouen... I am returning a hat that does not fit, and after multiple phone calls to a very friendly reception where I specify several times that it is to my address in Paris that I must be delivered, I am told yes yes we understood... after a month of delay, the new hat is delivered... to Rouen.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Yes, the first delivery was correct rather quick given the COVID situation.
For the exchange, the post software did not take into account our address change. And we therefore sent it to your address in Rouen.
We try to do our best but unfortunately we could not change it.
We hoped for some leniency.
However, we hope that the hat satisfies you and that you will return to our site.
Best regards
Traclet
