Cap with very good protection, well adapted and easy to put on, especially for my hemiplegic and aphasic daughter; the visor allows her interlocutors to see her lip movements.

Hello, I had ordered nice blue masks and I received others with a different fabric that I do not like at all. Have a nice day.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
What issues did you encounter during the order?
It was placed on May 9 and was sent on May 11 due to the post not working over the weekend.
What is the issue regarding size?
You ordered a size 56 cm, what size did you receive?
It is of course possible to change it if it does not fit.
Best regards
Traclet

The hat arrived in very poor condition and it is more than difficult to obtain the necessary information for its return. Obligation to go through a PayPal claim which has not yet been resolved....

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
The hat arrived with a lining that is not correct but the hat is in good condition. Only the lining had an issue. You wish to change the model, which we have of course accepted.
We sent you an email the same day indicating that size 55 was in stock and that size 54 had a delay.
On May 16, we sent you another email asking if that was acceptable but we did not receive a clear response. Only how to return it when we told you we would send the hat with a return label.
So please let us know if that suits you.
Best regards
Traclet

On the delivery side, nothing to complain about: it's very responsive and the packaging is neat. The site is generally well done, despite some mix-ups in the ordering of different categories when launching precise searches. Nevertheless, you eventually find what you're looking for without much difficulty. And the choice is very vast, both in terms of quantity of items and number of brands.
