Site may need to be reviewed, delivery was great even with a holiday in between, in short impeccable nothing to complain about except that the packaging was top-notch!!! I would not hesitate to recommend, this site has become my reference hat maker!

Navigation and ordering on the site without difficulty.
But maximum delivery time of 72 hours not respected: order placed on December 20, shipped on the 26 and received at the parcel relay on December 30! And without any tracking information or apology for the delay. It was a Chapka gift for Christmas for a child leaving on December 27 to Lapland.. So return to sender with a request for a refund of the item and shipping costs in progress so to be continued..

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 02/01/2020

hello
the information about the production location is well noted on the product sheet (information noted: country of manufacture China) This does not mean that it is of poor quality but we also offer it because some customers want this model:
https://www.chapellerie-traclet.com/fr/bonnet/7355-bonnet-de-nuit-noir.html#/couleur-noir/taille-taille_unique
Moreover, we sell night caps made in France, in Roanne in the Loire at the price of 19 euros.

It is of course possible to change it if it does not suit you.
Best regards
Traclet
