Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 23/04/2019

Hello
The explanation is simple: the person who makes them was sick for several weeks and we had delays in personalizing your tricorn hat.
We hope that the tricorn will give you complete satisfaction.
Best regards

The delivery of the ordered item was far too long compared to the initial forecasts, however the debit of the amount of this order was immediate.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 18/04/2019

Hello
Yes, the delay was extended because Crambes no longer had fabric in stock and we had to wait for their replenishment to provide you with the right color.
We hope that the hat will give you complete satisfaction.
Please excuse us for this inconvenience.
Best regards
