Thank you for thinking of putting a video online about assembling the hat boxes because without it I would have gotten my brushes tangled!!!

Large selection of quality products, ad hoc communication services. Excellent initiative this site during our sad times that sometimes require discouraging geographical contortions to continue supporting our artisans!

Hello
As indicated by phone, you made two orders of the same product.
One was in stock and was therefore sent within the indicated time. The other being on order, we could not send them together.
Thank you for your understanding.

Unhappy because I am a loyal customer and I was sent a hat without a size and brand label.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 03/04/2019

Hello
Please excuse us if this model does not have a label; sometimes certain brands send them to us this way and we have to do the verifications before sending.
The hat is too big by a lot or a few centimeters.
We can send you cork wedges to adjust it by mail.
Best regards
Traclet
