Response from Chapellerie Traclet
hello
thank you for your message.
The Saint Etienne shop is closed in August. We only open at the beginning of September.
Otherwise, the Roanne shop is open in August only the last week.
Otherwise, the website works all year round.
Best regards

I have been a customer with you for a few years and I have bought 4 hats and seven caps... I am delighted with your products and their quality. I have 4 cars and I have matching headgear that matches the colors of my vehicles. I am thrilled. Well done. The last cap from an Italian brand, patchwork, and original and quite unique. Thank you for your supplies. However, the choice of your shippers is very poor.
