They do not meet their delivery deadlines...

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Please excuse us for the delay, normally it is 3-5 weeks and we have gone to 7 weeks due to manufacturing delays.
During manufacturing, we are necessarily dependent on the workshop that produces it.
We hope, however, that the hat will satisfy you and that the quality is up to par.
This being still important?
Best regards

Not everything is good. Some products are of poor quality.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Thank you for the comment, but it would have been better to indicate it on the product because the comment is subjective.
Indeed, as previously indicated; the leather beret at 49 euros is not the same as the model at 85 and the one at 250 euros.
Then, it also depends on the expectations you have of the product because since we have been selling them, this is the first negative feedback.
Moreover, as indicated, if this model does not suit, it can be changed.
Best regards

Super quality, just that the size of the package could have been smaller for a mailbox and avoid a trip to the post office

Efficient and professional.
I agree with some comments.
You may seem a bit cold, especially on the phone. But that remains an impression.
The quality of your work is remarkable and the quality of your products is undeniable.
I am a loyal customer because I love what you offer.
Just be a little more smiling on the phone.....that's always it. You have the quality, just perfect the welcome.
Thank you for the Gottmann caps, they are too beautiful.

Well-stocked, maybe lacking a bit of stock. I wanted a product in 2 copies and there was only one in stock, I had been waiting since the end of summer to place the order for the same reason.
