Excellent site (but the store in Roanne is magical, if you pass by it’s worth the detour!). Very large selection, perfect service: very fast and careful shipping. Thank you!

Very long shipping times, poorly made hat, as if rushed by production. Avoid!

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 03/09/2018

Hello, the order was placed on August 15, unfortunately, the post does not take packages on August 15 as it is a holiday.
The order left on August 16.
Regarding the quality of the product, what quality of straw do you want?
Indeed, we have been selling this product for over a century for Toulousaines who are part of an association.
But if you want a finer straw, it is possible to develop a higher quality.
Best regards
Traclet
