One month to receive the order! One month... understand why I am unhappy. On the product, nothing to say but we do not offer a product that is out of stock. Unless we want unfavorable reviews...

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello,
Thank you for your feedback and we completely understand your dissatisfaction with the delivery time.
We do our best to inform our customers when choosing the model and size.
This is noted in red when choosing the size as well as in the panacea and then by email.
We are sorry to hear that you did not see this information.
We are, however, glad to hear that the hat meets your satisfaction.
Remaining at your disposal.
Best regards.

A good selection, even if not all the advertised references are ultimately available (the filters don't seem to work perfectly.) Fast delivery, no issues.

Perfect for the product, in line with my expectations! Perfect for the answers to my questions! Terrible delivery with the post... Absent during a first pass, nothing in the mailbox. Then I stayed home for 2 days without news, then my package finally deposited in my mailbox while I was present: a packaging box all smashed that I had a hard time extracting from the mailbox...
