TNT delivery was terrible (driver saying the recipient is absent while we are present, then a rodeo to retrieve the package on the other side of the city... Not great

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 04/03/2017

Hello, We are sorry if the delivery was not done correctly and following your call after 7 PM, we asked TNT for a redelivery which is not possible when it is already at a relay point. It is still a shame to give a rating that does not correspond to the service of the Traclet hat shop which did everything on its side for the shipment as well as the follow-up, but it is TNT that did not do its job correctly. This rating of 2 should have been given for the delivery tracking that was sent by Btrust. Best regards, Traclet

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 02/03/2017

Hello, I am sorry if I was sick but there are only two of us and as I indicated to you by phone, I did my best to ensure you received them on time. I even contacted DPD several times to speed up the delivery. It is still very hard to give such a low rating when I did my utmost to deliver to you on time.
