A model of e-merchant: good product, good logistics, good customer relationship, good after-sales service (tested following a mistake on my part regarding the size of a product). Impeccable customer experience!

Very good value for money - just a problem with the delivery wrong address but I believe the management has corrected for me the correct computer address - the person on the phone is very classy and pleasant

I ordered size 59 and upon receipt, I noticed that no size was indicated on the hat and when trying it on, I found it was a size 60 or even 61, then it was covering my eyes. I am waiting for the shipment of another hat and I will return the first one.

Hello, The hat is indeed on its way to you; you should have already received the tracking for the package. Normally you should receive it tomorrow or Saturday at the latest. Best regards, Traclet
