I ordered a hat size 58 and received size 62. 10€ for the return.... the hat is also clearly labeled made in China which I did not see when purchasing it.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, You did indeed order a size 58 cm Brixton hat, the size indicated on the manufacturer's label is indeed 58 cm. We verified with the confirmer during your return and the measured size is 59 cm. In no case is the size received a size 62 cm. Therefore, we have sent back the product in size 56 cm which is the size below at Brixton. Furthermore, you indicate that the hat is made in China. This information is clearly indicated on the product sheet. Country of manufacture: China http://www.chapellerie-traclet.com/fr/chapeau-fedora/5999-chapeau-fedora-nelson-marron.html Best regards, Traclet

Very good and serious! Compliant product. However, I thought it was made in France? which does not seem to be the case according to the label, too bad.

This site is very professional. I bought a beautiful rabbit felt fedora as well as a box to store the hat inside. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the box was assembled with my hat well arranged inside, all very well packaged in a large box. Perfect and quality product.
