Perfect as with every order. A real pleasure to order from this Hatmaker who has become 'my' exclusive supplier. Quality of products, service and sales are always there. I rate 20/20.

Very satisfied. I received the hat on the scheduled day. A small problem, but it caused no harm; the packaging was largely torn; I suppose it's the fault of a careless carrier. Otherwise, everything is fine. Good job
