Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
Excellent variety of models, styles and materials. Your prices for leather models are often too expensive. A suggestion for the photos. You should include in your photos of different models a picture of the inside of the hat or cap. But I would come back...

A clear, well-designed site, with a very wide selection. After a false manipulation on my part, it was very easy to contact the sellers, they were quick to find a solution. Very satisfied.
