Hello,
We are sincerely sorry to learn that you have not received your package. We understand how frustrating this can be and we want to assure you that your satisfaction is our priority.
The order was placed on April 30 at the end of the day, it could not be shipped on May 1 as the post office was not working, the order was shipped on May 2 under the tracking below which indicates that the package is on its way to delivery
https://www.laposte.fr/outils/suivre-vos-envois?code=9M00776730125
A complaint has been made today to the post office to deliver to you quickly and to find an explanation for this delay independent of our will.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
Traclet Sebastien
