Site unable to validate an order for Switzerland.

Out of my last three orders, only 1 has been fulfilled to date. The problem is that we only learn about the unavailability of the ordered product via email after the order has been paid.

Terrible. It's a scam. Over 100 days for a cane and without any information; no thanks. Forget me.

I did not receive the ordered item. Impossible to return it as it was a gift given on the same day and I had to make do with it.

Color error in the shipment

Delivered 4 months after the order after a refund request. No explanation. It's borderline dishonest.

There are two different caps in the photos on the site, obviously I received the wrong one, what a shame!

I still haven't received my hat.
It's been 3 months since I ordered a bowler hat.
After sending emails, I have remained without a response from you.
I do not recommend anyone to order a hat from Traclet.

Too dark, does not match the indicated color

False description on the site. Hat that was supposed to have a lining inside (hence my choice for this cap) but ultimately did not have one... no gesture from the manager in the face of their mistake... (and an email with lots of spelling mistakes!).

Very poor satisfaction level

I am very disappointed with the trilby model I just received. It fits poorly, is not provided with reducers, and is way too high. I did not order a top hat! I do not recommend this model from this supplier.

I have not received my order, it's outrageous!

I received a cap that is clearly not the right size despite choosing the correct dimension. Indeed, this is already the 3rd time I buy the same product in a few years (this cap, due to its material and color, does not tolerate UV well, I was warned in the store where I went at the time of the first purchase but they did not have it in stock last time and did not know when it would be restocked). The store I used to go to clearly advised me to try online. And this is the only site where I found the same model for a higher price not to mention shipping costs and finally, the size (55cm) is no longer indicated inside as I was used to but an S for small. Unusable product because it measures at least 56cm (yes, I have a small head).
I am extremely disappointed to have been left 7 weeks without headwear rather than 3 or 4 as stated on the page and moreover, to receive a product that does not fit.

Package received after numerous follow-ups with a customer service that is very difficult to reach!

For my first order a bit disappointed the package was open even the delivery person asked me what was in the box.

When I placed the order I was supposed to be delivered in 72 hours but after 72 hours the package was not even made and even less given to the carrier. I had to pay 6 euros to have my order on time so you understand my dissatisfaction ???????

I am happy with the hat, but disappointed with the final invoice with the fees that customs charged me. 22.50 CHF or about 20 euros. I will not buy anything in France again.

Random delivery

The site is very well done, however when you order you are given a delivery time of 3 weeks and I waited 1 month and a half to be delivered (after having called and complained, coincidentally the same day my order was shipped!).

Deceptive photo

Order placed on July 7 with express delivery for next day delivery. As of July 24, no package received, no electronic or paper delivery notice, no SMS.

I expected to receive my hat in a box to keep it in good condition, but I simply received it in a packaging box, so I have to find a way to store it while keeping its shape... I am very disappointed..:(

Usually no issues, this time the JUSTIN MOORE straw hat received in black is all ripped on the left side and thus shows the white straw, it's milk it's a hat for 130 euros

I ordered a Tilley hat, I paid for express delivery with TNT, to receive the package the day after shipping as indicated. The item was shipped on June 25. On June 29, having still received nothing, I called. I was sent an email saying that the item had indeed been shipped. I was finally delivered on July 1. The logistics really leaves much to be desired.

As of July 8, 2021, I still have not received the hat

The site states delivery in 48 hours, ordered on Friday received on Friday, for me that makes 7 days... and oh surprise that half of the order is in the package, I ordered 2 items and it's the cheaper one that arrived, I just made a complaint, I'm waiting for a response...

I have great difficulty connecting to my account.
Return shipping costs are payable.
Their emails go to spam.
My order was delayed.
They do not respond or very slowly.
One of the products is not correct.

I am disappointed because I only received part of my order without being informed and I do not know if it is due to an error or an oversight: I received the hat but not the telescopic walking stick

I placed an order on April 28 for delivery within 2 weeks (according to the Traclet site). I received the order on June 18. So for a delivery within 2 weeks, it took more than 7 weeks to receive my order. Not reliable. No excuse or understanding from the after-sales service.
