Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 21/04/2025

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
We are pleased to learn that the delivery was fast, but we sincerely regret to hear that the product did not meet your expectations in terms of shape and wrinkle resistance. It simply needs to be stuffed with tissue paper and steamed to relax the linen that may have wrinkled.
Please feel free to share your experience in more detail, we are here to listen and support you.
Best regards,
Traclet Sébastien

The keyword search is not the most relevant, especially for finding XXL size products or 63cm and more.

Easy navigation, we have the necessary information for each item. Prices are rather high even for quite ordinary items. The interest of this site is that we also find quality headgear.
