Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
The received item is of good quality. The color corresponds well to the photo that the store sent me. Fortunately, I did not rely on the photo on the site, which is very different.

Pretty hat, but it doesn't look much like the pictures and the faux fur seems a bit rough. Maybe it would be good to film the items and note the quality of the faux fur based on criteria?

Order arrived on time even though I asked to add an item after placing my order. Customer service on Saturday, very responsive, thank you very much. Quality products, careful packaging, great promotions during Black Friday, I am thrilled to have been able to buy Made in France for these berets. Unthinkable for me to take Chinese products.
