The site is simple and intuitive, no difficulty in finding what you are looking for. The search for hats by multiple criteria (shape, color, material...) is a real plus.

Promise of delivery within 24 to 72 hours. Order placed on June 17, 1 month later still nothing, no message from the store, on the site 'waiting for restocking'. Customer relations is not this company's strong point. How long will you take the trouble to inform me? I ordered several items, all in restocking?

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
please excuse us for this delivery delay. As indicated during the order, the Panama hat had a manufacturing delay and unfortunately this delay cannot be reduced.
According to the tracking, the package has been delivered since July 7 at the relay point and you picked it up on July 14

we hope that you were able to pick it up and that the hats give you complete satisfaction.

I ordered my daughter's first hats 3 years ago and I still order. The products are of good quality (I only select products made in France or Italy) and the availability of customer service is more than good (hard to find both advantages...). Fast delivery (international delivery) I rarely leave comments, but when a seller does well, it's important. Thank you

The hat was a birthday gift for a friend. She is very satisfied. I appreciated the explanation for measuring the head circumference, the size was good. So very happy.
