Super fast shipping but the hat received did not have the ribbon seen in the photo on the site and is a bit larger than announced

Apart from a problem with the online order on Sunday (no response for payment), I made a new attempt on Monday, more fruitful. The hat received on time seems to meet my expectations. To be followed over time.

When I went to pick up my packages, the boxes were damaged, one of them torn.
Upon receipt, I was told that it was due to the carrier.
Fortunately, inside, the umbrella and the hat are in good condition.
Everything is of perfect quality.

The delivery was made within the scheduled time. The merchandise was as ordered. Unfortunately, the hat was too big and I had to return it for an exchange.

I am happy with the hat.
Instructions on how to care for a straw hat would have been great.

2 hats ordered, one slightly too small and the other slightly too big, the use of cork bands is necessary.

Three orders with them allow me to say that it is a serious company: fast and compliant shipping, correct prices. The after-sales service (I had to use it) is of the same level.

Very well packaged hat, no deformation as the box is the right size.
Regarding the hat itself I am a bit disappointed because having chosen a size XL which corresponds to size 60/61 on the product page, I find it too tight even though I have a head circumference of 59. Looking at the label it is indicated 60.... I would have liked to be able to choose between 60 and 61 but apparently it's Russian roulette in any case be careful it runs small!
