Customer reviews of Chapellerie Traclet

I received a cap that is clearly not the right size despite choosing the correct dimension. Indeed, this is already the 3rd time I buy the same product in a few years (this cap, due to its material and color, does not tolerate UV well, I was warned in the store where I went at the time of the first purchase but they did not have it in stock last time and did not know when it would be restocked). The store I used to go to clearly advised me to try online. And this is the only site where I found the same model for a higher price not to mention shipping costs and finally, the size (55cm) is no longer indicated inside as I was used to but an S for small. Unusable product because it measures at least 56cm (yes, I have a small head).
I am extremely disappointed to have been left 7 weeks without headwear rather than 3 or 4 as stated on the page and moreover, to receive a product that does not fit.
Best regards.

Serious site with a very wide choice of hats and caps, of quality.
The shipment is fast and careful.
This site has become, for me, essential when I need a new hat.

Nothing to report

PERFECT

package received quickly.

A lot of time between the order and the delivery.

Good site, good products, fast delivery but many sizes and references are missing. The 'notify me when the product is available' function has never worked for me: I have never been informed of anything.

very good

very user-friendly site, very good service, I recommend

everything went well, I only regret that you do not indicate the names and addresses of the pickup points, it is still very important to determine your delivery choice... unless it is done on purpose to lead us to take more expensive options? Open question, it's up to you to answer it

Having ordered several times, I am very satisfied, the items are as described, simple navigation, fast delivery time, everything is perfect thank you
