Missing sizes especially in size 60 (always size 60). I would have bought more products if available immediately in size 60. Too bad!!!

Very satisfied with the product, a sailor's cap, the only small downside is that it says one size fits all, but the size in cm is not specified. But otherwise, the order arrived very quickly, well packaged, so in good condition.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Thank you for your comment.
The delivery time of 3/4 weeks was indeed well noted when choosing the size. This manufacturing delay is also indicated in the order summary and a third time, an email is sent to indicate this delay.
We understand that for many 3/4 weeks may seem long but unfortunately Laulhere, which is the last manufacturer of berets for the army, currently requires a delay of 3/4 weeks that we cannot reduce as they have no stock.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards
Traclet Sebastien

Hello, the hat is in accordance with the description, too bad the ribbon is not a real knot that cannot be modified or personalized.

Original product that seems to be of quality. I just didn't find a label justifying a place of production.

This is the second time I buy a hat from the hat shop, and I am still just as delighted! You sell real little wonders!
The delivery time was a bit long for this hat, which is explained by the fact that it comes from Australia!
It's a very beautiful hat, of very good quality. Less comfortable than the old Stetson I had, which didn't have a hard shell, this one is nevertheless sturdier and of better quality!
I am very happy :)
