A bit disappointed with customer service (regarding an unapplied discount voucher), which asked me for a copy of this voucher, which I sent by email on May 25 and still no response to this day!!!

I ordered a very nice Pakol hat, it was marked 2 to 3 weeks delay (I was OK with that) due to a shortage, but I received it after a week. I recommend this site, very serious.

Trilby received according to the indications. Product also conforms to the description. Indeed, it is a bit small: the 58 is borderline for my head circumference of 57, and the 57 is too small.
