Customer reviews of Chapellerie Traclet

Conforms and fast delivery. Good experience

despite a delay for delivery 1 month after the order it's not reasonable

Everything went as planned. The product is particularly well packaged.

very good

Order delivered on time. Conforms to the descriptions on the site

Very good

Very nice product.

Fast delivery and product in excellent condition and of good quality.

Nothing to say about the site, and the order is consistent with the model seen on the site. A good month delay between order and delivery, no information in the meantime, it's borderline when ordering for a ceremony. And a small downside, I received 2 emails 1 minute apart, one informing me that the order had been shipped and the second saying 'in restocking', so contradictory....and disturbing: what to understand??.

Restocking was very quick and I am very very satisfied with my purchase! I recommend this site! Thank you

Very satisfied, friendly person on the phone

quality and just perfect size

PERFECT

Everything is great! I highly recommend using this company!

Perfect thank you

Everything is perfect, nothing to complain about

Relatively well-made site could be more explicit about manufacturing and delivery times.

Navigation on this site is smooth and clear

Perfect

very well arrived

A long-time customer, I was surprised by the management of this order. Indeed, you have a very good automatic reminder system for the cart from a marketing point of view. However, there are bugs, probably related to IT, certainly. But very annoying, as they make it impossible to place an order with a choice of delivery and payment. So, well done, someone at your place has recovered the problem and managed it. In absolute terms, this is not normal. I had to write several times to explain the situation. I was reminded about my cart and no one answered my questions. Finally, there is a person who took the case in hand, perhaps because I reminded them that I was a 'long-time customer'. So my rating is more relative to the 'bug'...... It's up to you to see. Thanks again to the person who 'reacted', well done and congratulations.

Fast delivery, item conforms to the description, I will certainly recommend.

Very good

Hats off to Traclet: easy order, quick reception, product as described and of quality. I am very happy and I recommend this company.

Fast and efficient

Quality products

Very large selection, quick shipping.

Easy search, however between 2 products with almost identical design we do not know the difference, so we choose a bit at random and luck has worked well for my order. Example: black wool felt fedora hat at €39 and Messina fedora black wool felt hat at €39 as well.

Matches the description, return for exchange (size error). No difficulty, very fast delivery

perfect

speed and quality

Beanie perfectly matches the description; VERY fast shipping since I received it the day after the order THANK YOU

Perfect product

I discovered this site by chance, delighted, I ordered two discounted hats, they fit perfectly, lightweight, of very nice quality, I am happy with my purchase. Delivery in two days, perfect packaging. I recommended this site to my daughter, who was very surprised by the quality of the two hats. Very nice discovery.
