I received a pair of traditional wooden clogs, one of which had been re-glued. It is scandalous that your order services can pass off glued items!!! Of course, I expect to be sent a replacement pair. THANK YOU

Hello
We have taken your message into account and as indicated by email and by phone, we would need photos of the defect in order to discuss the issue with the manufacturer and take the necessary steps for an exchange.
Best regards

I am very shocked by the collection of payment, not only before the product is sent but before its 'manufacturing', that is to say a collection on September 17 for a reception on 07/10.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, we have taken your remark regarding the payment of your order into account. Regarding the fact that the payment was made at the time of the order even though the hat is on order; this is due to the fact that when an order is placed by card, the bank withdraws the money on the day of the order. Otherwise, the payment has no guarantee if it is made later. In the case where you want to order an item with a delay, you can send us a check and it will be withdrawn upon sending the order. Thus, you will not have the concern of having the payment on the day of your order. Remaining at your disposal. Best regards, Traclet.

Well-designed site, important choice, it would be desirable to have for the same item, a front photo and a profile photo each time.
I returned my last item because it was too wide for my taste
