Nothing to say, both on the communication from the order taking to the quality of the packaging of the parcel and the product itself. Perfect.

I have already given my opinion following your questionnaire. ...This is the second one I receive.
Everything is perfect between the order and the delivery...Only small downside...I had ordered size 58 ...and I received size 57....But I keep this size.

The site is plain. It could be prettier. With action photos where the hats would be worn. It would give a better idea. But in the end, the boater I ordered is great, so it's okay

The site offers to provide an email address to be informed of restocking in sizes... But don’t waste your time filling in this field because you will never be informed!!!

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
We are sorry that the reversible Banks - Brixton Bob has not been restocked but we are unfortunately dependent on the manufacturer and we cannot offer an item if the brand no longer has it for now.
It is true that restocking can take several months or completely stop without information from the manufacturer and we are very sorry.
If you have specific requests, you can send us an email directly because a request on the product does not necessarily reach us.
Best regards
Traclet
