Delivery very good, except that my hat size is 60 (I have four) ordered a size 60/61.
And bam, too big. Return, charged €5. This is not the first hat I buy from Traclet but it will be the last. Moreover, it is impossible to reach someone by phone, everything is done by email. Not very friendly... buy and make a mistake, you will pay for the return. Good to know, have a nice day.

The site is well made and appealing. The staff I contacted by email seemed friendly and attentive. However, as I mentioned below in a comment and as I warned you today by email, the package tracking indicates that it is stuck in Lyon, which is unfortunately very unsatisfactory. I would really be happy to give you 5 stars once the package arrives, but for now, I am still wondering if my order will be honored. I sincerely hope that the Traclet staff will resolve this issue. Sorry to only give one star for now.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello,
We are sorry to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we take your feedback very seriously. We invite you to contact us again so that we can resolve this issue.
Indeed, we had replied that popolaki no longer made this model and that Herman offered the same model, and since then we have not heard back from you.
We thank you for your understanding.
