Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
Hello.
Regarding a non-conformity, I had to deal with customer service who denied the facts and treated me like a fool. A great example of customer relations! He clearly had not attended business school. Too bad because the products seem to be of quality.

Sorry, but we sent you the elements showing that the size was compliant.
However, we did not receive a photo from you.
We are not perfect, but we have been trying to move forward since 1880 and respond to everyone with mutual respect.
