The purchased hat is made of hard plastic covered with I don't know what like felt, almost 100 euros, it's outrageous, nothing to do with a low-quality hat in general.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello,
We are sorry to learn that the purchased hat does not satisfy you. Your feedback is valuable and helps us improve our products.
This hat is indeed made of wool felt; it is a western hat that is treated to have rigidity.
Would you like it to be softer?
It is possible by steaming it to make it softer, but the origin of this hat is a rigid hat because the brand is a western brand.
Best regards.

Not at all satisfied with my order. I requested an exchange for another color. But this beanie, once received, was not the one ordered. Moreover, I had to pay an additional 5 euros for this exchange. In conclusion, this beanie costs me 36 euros for a beanie that I will never wear.

An impeccable cap, of great quality, sent quickly and securely. I am delighted and wear it with great pleasure. It fits me perfectly and it's rare to find headgear in my size (62 cm).
