The service regarding some problems and questions I had were dealt with very quickly. The hat is as described and the delivery was much faster than what was first promised. I would use Traclet again and definitely recommend them.

Good. The cap does not really meet my expectations. It lacks depth and therefore does not stay very well in place. Otherwise, the quality is relatively good.

Very easy to use site. Very simple order and perfect shipping with suitable packaging that protects the hat well. Just a downside in the pickup location which was not the one defined initially with more restrictive hours that forced me to find someone to pick up the package for me.
